MOVING FORWARD

PAST EVENTS

Finally, after extensive investigation completed by BIG International's European and International Attorneys, we have confirmation that the action taken by the DTI against the names of BIG International and Courtney within the United Kingdom are in fact illegal.

The legal advisors have also confirmed the actions taken against the six British Citizens named as defendants are in themselves illegal within British, European and International law. Most importantly in this case the action taken by the DTI, supported by no proven evidence, is also illegal in accordance to British Law and indicates deception in respect of presentation to the High Court of Justice Chancery Division.

Registrar Buckley's ruling that the petitions had been properly served on the six people who "appear to be" the companies' principals in Britain is not in accordance to British Law. British Law cannot base an order upon what "appears to be". British Law is explicit; the plaintiffs must provide evidence to the Court that their papers have been served correctly. They failed three times in front of Registrar Buckley to produce such documentation, forcing the extraordinary and illegal statement from Registrar Buckley which now bases law on what "appears to be" instead of unequivocal evidence.

The six defendants have been placed into such a position that if they defend themselves they will then be seen as representing BIG International and Courtney. This point was proven before Registrar Buckley when Mr Grant made an extremely important point in relation to service of the Plaintiffs documentation.

The Barrister for the Plaintiffs immediately accused Mr Grant that "If he knows that service hasn't been made, then he must be the representative for BIG International and Courtney".

CURRENT EVENTS

Neither BIG International or Courtney have ever been served any documentation by the plaintiff or any other British Institution.

The six defendants cannot represent BIG International or Courtney because they are not employed to do so and have NEVER been employed in any capacity by either organisation.

Registrar Buckley's actions in accepting as evidence what "appears to be", with no proof provided by the plaintiff as to what "appears to be", is totally illegal. It is an illegality upon which a British Government enquiry should be launched; an enquiry in relation to a misuse of British Law coupled with an abuse of legal powers by Registrar Buckley, Mr Justice Rimer and others in The High Court of Justice Chancery Division, in support of the plaintiff's petition.

Due to the point that the undertaker of this illegal action against BIG International and Courtney is a BRITISH GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT, we do not expect the current British Government to issue instructions for such an enquiry to take place.

Therefore, we will be providing an opportunity for a full time legal researcher to study every single aspect of the plaintiff's case. This newly developed appointment would be ideal for any individual wanting to establish such a legal department of research, within the United Kingdom. FUTURE EVENTS

The Player's Celebration Event booked to take place in London is now to be moved to a new location outside the United Kingdom.

The newly established offices will come on-line for the 15000000 number range this month. We are not prepared to waste any more time upon illegal actions taken by United Kingdom authorities. If they hold a truthful complaint against the Players organisation, then we are prepared to address that complaint. To date no such complaint has been received, from any United Kingdom authority - therefore we must get on with our lives.

The European Insurance Organisation, will be introducing a totally new method of paying your motoring and household insurance, from your developing account with the ABS clearance system.

The principals behind the new motoring insurance structures are simple. One payment will be made on your behalf from the ABS clearance system. Should you have a motoring accident that is your fault, then the cost will be deducted from your ABS Clearance system account over a given period of time, up to ten years. Should you have no accidents within any one year, then the standard yearly deduction applies of œ150.00 (or currency equivalent) per vehicle owned, reducing over five years to œ25 (administration cost only) per vehicle owned.

To give Players the opportunity, should they wish it, we will permit for the first year of your insurance changeover, for you to continue the cost of your insurance via your current insurance organisation, at our cost. This will be done via reimbursement of your payment made to your ABS clearance system account.

There will be no variations in insurance cost related to size of engine, local minor infringements, age, security equipment installed or vehicle alteration that meets local government requirements.

Similar structures have also been developed for Household Insurance. The eventual aim is to remove insurance costs from the lives of our Players, leaving only an administration cost relating to all structures of personal insurance.

The new insurance Call Centre is now to be located outside the United Kingdom. The centre was originally scheduled to open in Scotland, which would have initially produced three hundred new jobs. United Kingdom Citizens who would be prepared to locate outside the United Kingdom, who have been employed within insurance structures, please notify us of your interest within this new employment opportunity.

Your player's organisation is now structuring systems of regular payments that are currently made by each Player, so they can be made from the regenerated core fund finances of BIG International, related to Player participation.

Now that we at BIG International have experienced the illegal actions and methods of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), we have decided to take an overview of the total closures made by the DTI, and re-establish the aims of many of these organisations in their original format. This is to prove that the original structures could work, should they be given the opportunity.

We will need your help to establish a full list of all such organisations. We will need your help to pass this message on to all who have lost money within such organisations. We need you to ask them to send us details of the organisations they belong to and proof that they made an actual loss.

In nearly all the current cases which we have investigated, it wasn't the actions of the organisations which lost money for individuals, but the illegal actions of the DTI and the DTI's deceptive use of British Courts, especially The High Court of Justices Chancery Division.

We believe that the DTI have deliberately misled Senior High Court Judges with requests for given "Orders" against certain organisations. These "Orders" are based upon assumptions made by DTI investigators, who haven't investigated. They have depended upon the status of their department, knowing that they will never be brought to public examination or accountability. If this statement isn't true, then let us have a full public examination of Mr Bott and his associates who provided assumed evidence against BIG International.

Lets look at this problem a different way, using BIG International as an example.

For the moment lets say BIG International is a collective investment scheme (Which it isn't). So what? If individuals wish to use a percentage of their earned income to join such an organisation, then what right does the DTI have to say they cannot? NONE.

Let's say that BIG International is a multi-level scheme (Which it isn't). So what? Nearly all corporations are based upon multi-level financial structures and if individuals wish to use a percentage of their earned income to join such an organisation, then what right does the DTI have to say they cannot? NONE.

Let's say that BIG International is an investment organisation (Which it isn't). So what? This latest court ruling means that no British Citizen can invest in any investment organisation outside the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom legally. From the date of the ruling, all current investments outside the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom are illegal. Providing the DTI with the opportunity of seizing all finances generated by British Citizen's from outside the Jurisdiction of the United Kingdom, as from 8th July 1998. (This is an extremely important issue when related to current British Law).

We could continue to point out many more "Let's say" situations, but the most important factor of the "Let's say" was they were your free right.

If the DTI were prepared to just state that "Any International development, which is not registered with the DTI, is totally at the individuals own risk" then all British Citizens would know exactly were they stood. Their individual rights to join any international organisation would not have been infringed upon by illegal actions of a British Government Department.

We have recently learned that some May 98 payments have been intercepted by the DTI and their receivers, while within the postal service and banks. The full list of payments will be checked with the Players concerned and the issuing bank. Apparently, monies transferred to the United Kingdom recently to meet payments, have again been frozen by the UK Bank under the instructions of the DTI. Finances will be transferred to another European bank to meet these commitments.

The difficulty for us, is understanding the actions taken against British Citizens by the DTI prior to even the illegal order agreed by Mr Justice Rimmer. For example, before the order was obtained the DTI were intercepting your mail. tapping phones, corresponding with your banks and obtaining private banking information, following individuals and keeping them under surveillance and using agent provocateurs to obtain free lottery tickets. It goes on and on.

What has happened to the individual rights of United Kingdom Citizens?

To us it seems a total erosion of all the rights that British Citizens originally fought and died for.

What we are saying is that the British Government have knowingly abused the Humanitarian Rights of all Players within the 15000000 number range. Abused Moral and Civil Law of all British Citizens and have broken international rules relating to mail delivery and electronic communications.

The DTI tried to build cases by entrapment and have in fact entrapped themselves. Now all Players know exactly why we structured the security of BIG International, the way we did. Under no circumstances would we allow the DTI to obtain the core assets of BIG International. This was achieved by ensuring security of privileged information.

The DTI was forced to show in public the level they will sink to in relation to removing your rights. Our methods of security provided damage limitation to BIG International Players world-wide, restricting the disturbance to the United Kingdom 15000000 number range only.

THE WAY FORWARD

First, all Players of BIG who hold a ticket in the 15000000 number range, will have to decide if they wish to continue with the free lottery of life. Which continues to stand for individual freedom and accountability. Should you feel that you no longer wish to fight for your rights, then simply return your current tickets and request a refund of any monies, which you have given on loan to the organisation of BIG International.

Unlike the Pilgrim Brothers and other European groups, you can no longer sail off into the sunset and find a new start in life away from the horror of an oppressive government system. We have to work together and put right what is happening within our own nation. (Quite honestly it 's about time).

So lets look at the business opportunities open to each of us.

It would appear the British Government will close any business which you develop if it's not in line with their financial masters acceptance.

We now realise that all major banks will pass over private information to other bank clients and government sources about your private business, especially when such information benefits the banks future profits and established clients. Therefore, your future banking service would have to be outside the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom, but fully declared for taxation reasons.

For a moment, let's look at the type of business open to you and see if the effort is really worth while.

It is possible for you to look at some form of retail business but once you start looking into the costs (unless you have a niche market) of rent, rates, additional local costs, telephones, electricity, initial stock, accounts and legal, you will find that in most cases your small opportunity will turn into a nightmare. The only way to progress this structure is within a collective investment structure, which the DTI will certainly close if it starts to grow and develop equally for all.

One important factor to remember in this whole structure of business is that the cards are stacked totally against you. You won't get the same local Business Rates as the large operators, plus you will not obtain many of the business grants and tax savings that they obtain.

Another alternative is the financial services industry. In these types of business, which sometimes can be run from home, you will find that you will usually come under the control of some larger company or organisation who can cut your business off; particularly if they feel you are becoming to well established. The most perfect example of this, was when the insurance organisations wished to clear out their insurance agents, to enable central computer control and telephone call centres. This caused misery and bankruptcy to many individuals, who had built a steady clientele. Since the removal of the agent structure and regardless of all their claims, insurance has become far more expensive without the localised agent.

Within this industry you will find the rules are written by the financial institutions, to ensure that you stand no chance of breaking their market position. You will have even greater problems with the DTI in this particular market, especially should they decide to use the High Court of Justice Chancery Division against your development.

Service businesses such as cafes, restaurants, pubs, hotels, transport, building and allied services, all require reasonable capital investment, at such a level that failure in most cases will certainly lead to bankruptcy. The laws and by-laws covering such business are designed to keep the small operators out. In some of these areas there are franchises, but in truth the current franchising system could be considered a collective investment, which means your development could be closed down very quickly by the DTI. Particularly should you find your business affecting one of the larger corporations.

This leaves you with the small one-off or hand-made type business. In most cases unless you find a niche situation, or are supported by given individuals who like or collect your goods, you will not be in a position to support yourself, or family, without considerable hardship.

Manufacturing; again you will find yourself very dependant upon other major organisations and at the mercy of major wholesalers and other manufactures. Investment in equipment is normally high, marketing is considerable and you will certainly need your bank behind you. Many major organisations will make you wait months for payment; this includes government contracts and local authorities. Basically what will happen is you will end up selling 70% of your profits in loans to banks.

One to five man bands in the building trade, car repairs, home work, plumbing etc. If you have a talent in any of these areas it is possible to obtain a reasonable living. Problems arise with authority and clients who expect something for nothing. Considerable energy and self motivation is required to sustain this type of development. Most start off very well, but the slightest situation can throw such an organisation well of balance, leaving arguments between suppliers, customers and consumer affairs.

What is destroying many opportunities shown above? Well recently Consumer Affairs have stated that profits made on food are not correct. Mr Grant, stated exactly this back in 1969 and went to prison, over trying to prove the fact. He sent 27 reports about this situation, to many British Government Departments. He gave a lecture on this matter to the Young Conservative Movement in 1966. All his conclusions were ignored. We are now talking of over twenty years later, before Consumer Affairs decide to move to protect the public (closing the stable door after the horse has bolted), but in this case with massive immoral profits from food and almost every product we purchase. Just think for one moment how many small businesses were pushed out of business by the so-called development of the multi-nationals).

But Mr Grant went further. He exposed the wholesale and manufacturing gambits, which structured profits to the disadvantage of the consumer. He exposed the international wholesale chains around the world, most of which didn't even handle the product which you bought, yet showed a profit margin from that product.

Mr Grant, exposed how companies are paid to come to the United Kingdom (and other nations) and then provided with special financial situations from local authorities, and how these very organisations would eventually take over the majority of British Manufacturing due to unfair competition. Would any one listen then? The simple answer is no. Mr Grant, left the United Kingdom disillusioned not only with government and structures of unbalanced law, but Mr Grant also felt that the leaders of his faith had actually sold out the words and structures of the Ten Commandments.

A recent and perfect example of this is the electronics giant Siemens, who received massive government grants and incentives to come to the UK. Even the Queen opened the plant. It is now less than two years later and the plant is to be closed. Oh yes, the company said they are going to pay back upwards of fifty million pounds to the British Government. But what about the interest lost on the grants and incentives, the time lost in establishing new employment, the disturbance caused to individuals lives and many other situations which have come about? For example, suppliers who increased their capacity to serve this organisation. Who's going to cover these costs?

Mr Grant's travels and ability to learn from other nations gave to him considerable insight into what was actually happening within the United Kingdom and how it would eventually affect all British Citizens. His recent writings show that it is only a few individuals who either own, or are behind a large number of these organisations and that they can actually sell a nation out for personal gain, and enslave that nations exchequer by debt to them.

So what is the way forward? BIG International has started to indicate to Players how to develop your own finances without financial risk. We have started to indicate the value of current markets available to you. The difference with BIG International is that we placed into our developments a business safety net, "The Free Lottery", to basically ensure your company will actually develop and serve the national community within which you live.

Let's look at what most of us require:

Family home, food, one or two cars, one or two holidays per year, some nights out for theatre or other pleasures, an income, decent schooling and health care. In all these the individual must be permitted to decide what level he or she wishes to reach, but we have related these as the basics level to work from.

Why have we shown these as basics?

There is no point in taking all individuals to the basic lowest levels. This, within history, was tried and brought about a miserable existence for all, without any overall development to society. If we structure our society at a given level, then together we can work to achieve this, for all. There will always be those who have more, but by balancing the value of what more actually means, then individuals can decide upon their own level of commitment that they wish to achieve.

Within society we have always had the individual who fails or breaks law, but placing such individuals into institutions hasn't been the answer to the requirements of security that individuals wish to have in their family and working lives. We have to research the reasons why generation after generation we still have this type of individual. Mr Grant's articles titled "The Suffering Generations" will be published in future news letters.

These article explain from personal experience how it is possible to fall by the wayside, with no one actually knowing the reasons why or even really caring to know. It is this type of apathy within our thinking, which has stopped the research from resolving crime, failure in business and basic failure in life.

When businesses in which individuals have placed their whole being into fail, many either turn to crime to save their business, or are made to appear to be criminals by government departments. No one ever considers or cares why a given business goes under, or what actually happens to the individual and his/her relationship with what had been family and friends.

BIG International cares. That is why Mr Grant's papers on this subject have been so welcome. They have enabled us to think in relation to the individual. This is why a safety net had to be structured for people who will try and push the boundaries of life's achievements that little bit further. Without such people we wouldn't have reached the levels we have today. They are the true developers of tomorrow for the benefit of the children of all nations.

But we have to remember, every time a boundary is pushed forward the results can be used for good and bad. Again, it is up to us all to direct the value not only into personal reward terms, but also into terms related to all in-life (Service to each other).

Therefore, BIG International relates all development aspects very closely to Moral Law, related to each accepted faith. Again, it is respect for each other, in what we like to term a "Global Garden" that will hopefully and eventually lead to peace. Currently it is the organisation's dream or ambition, but again it can be achieved, if we work to achieve it for all equally, starting with all Players who are currently involved with BIG International.

Now for Players participation in our business development. If you are considering developing a new business, from a one man band to a major organisation, talk to us about it. We are in the position to provide finance, markets and future research for you to build upon.

Business development isn't the dream of everyone. Some enjoy the peace of mind that the monthly wage brings. There is nothing wrong with this. Our argument is the value that you are left with after a month's hard work, and the fact that you cannot use your earned income in the way that you decide. Big International have structured for you to gain from a percentage of your earned income, which helps you reach the level of life, that you desire from such hard work.

This type of Player is of considerable benefit to BIG International, because as each organisation develops, it is advantageous to know there is someone out there who can assist with a development and even move into employment with that development.

Now For Players Participation. If you wish to tell us of your expertise at all levels, so that we can turn to you, as and when your Players organisation requires support and direction, this will provide a reserve pool of knowledge and add to the value of the BIG Business Safety Net (BBSN). We cannot start to tell you of the value, that your contribution will add for the benefit of all.

You see, due to the attacks against BIG International, we know that we have hit an extremely raw nerve. Mr Grant's papers made it perfectly clear to us what would happen. Therefore we spent a considerable amount of money upon legal costs with British law firms and other International law firms, to establish that our lottery system was legal within each nation before opening the "Free Lottery" to the general public. The cost of this legal exercise before opening to the general public was over two million pounds.

Mr Grant's papers stated that this expenditure and the legal advice would make absolutely no difference. If the DTI wished to close our organisation they would do it via The High Court of Justice Chancery Division. Unfortunately Mr Grant, was correct. We believed if the British Government didn't give due respect to Moral Law they would certainly give respect to Society Laws. Instead, British Government Departments were indifferent to Society Laws, just to achieve their masters goals.

We investigated the additional legal cost to fight the DTI. Our UK legal advisors have estimated our defence costs to be in the region of twenty two million pounds. Therefore, and in the best interests of our Players, we decided to allow all British Citizens who wish to take advantage of the "Free Lottery", to freely do so.

If British Citizens still believe that fighting for their Humanitarian Rights is correct, then BIG International is the best and most peaceful demonstration tool they have ever had. Between us, lets help all British Citizens join. After all it's a totally "Free Lottery". Together we will say NO to the invasion of our Humanitarian Rights, an invasion committed by the DTI against all British Citizens.

It is very difficult to tie down any of the Secretaries of State responsible for the DTI, because they change so frequently. Even the illegal action taken against BIG International has seen the removal of one to be replaced by yet another. This happens every time the Government faces embarrassment, due to the actions of the DTI.

There is no accountability of the DTI, making it impossible to fight them even via Law. There are many past cases to prove this against the DTI. It has been proven that they have hidden evidence, lied on oath, deceived British Courts, deceived international markets in relation to sensitive export licences, had individuals illegally placed into prison, caused many organisations to collapse and yet NO one from the DTI has been made accountable.

The DTI is a law unto itself, with powers far beyond the normal comprehension of most British Citizens. Their powers are far greater than most legal enforcement establishments. The tax costs of this government department are mainly hidden within various departmental budgets. The DTI is contained within deep secrecy, to the level that even employees at the DTI don't actually know why they carry out most functions.

One of our many players who works for the DTI, provided us with a report relating to entertainment expenditure alone. It is staggering. The cost of running the DTI makes expenditure upon the Crown look like a drop in the ocean. Another DTI employee who supports BIG International passed to us tapes of a private meeting relating to another organisation closed down by the DTI in 1995. The conversation and actions that followed are a disgrace and will be used to support our case, providing the court allows us to use such evidence, when the time comes.

To confirm the accuracy of the tapes we phoned each individual upon the tape and asked questions on a non related matter. All the voice patterns on the tape matched the voice patterns on the phone, therefore confirming the tapes to be accurate. We have completed the same task with many other government organisations involved in the case against BIG International, including The Treasury Solicitors, from within which another Player who felt the actions taken against BIG International were illegal. (All the above tapes have been transcribed for future release article within the BIGNEWS Newsletter).

Now we come to the BIGNEWS newsletter normally released to the 1500000 number range each month. We were notified during printing, by a DTI employee, that investigating officers of the DTI, before they had obtained the court order, had forced our UK printers to provide information in relation to BIGNEWS releases. The twelve page issue for May 1998, printed by our UK printers, is still with our UK printer. The UK printers didn't notify BIG International of the DTI's investigation into our printing requirements and our account payments to them.

Every single invoice of the printers were paid to them upon collection (either in cash or by cheque). We hoped that we had built what we believed to be a strong working relationship. Therefore you can imagine our surprise when we were told by a DTI employee that such a situation had in fact taken place.

Unfortunately, all printing will now be given to another nation, from which BIGNEWS will be posted to all British Players in future. Now you can start to see the knock on effect caused by the illegal actions taken by the DTI against BIG International.

Now consider all the other organisations the DTI have illegally or irrationally closed. Then you will start to see the amount of actual employment the DTI have actually lost British Citizens. You will also start to see the amount of future developments that the DTI have denied British Citizens. Then add the value of the employment to the value of lost developments and you will see that tax payers money is being used to kill British Citizens incentive to take chances and invest in their own dreams and ambitions.

We believe the DTI is one of the most evil institutions we have come across from within any civilised nation. For this government department to have come from the United Kingdom is hard to comprehend. Players from inside the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom now intend to fight back against the DTI.

The basic principal of using your own earned income in the way that you wish, is of uppermost importance, and a basic right.

The "Free Lottery" is your tool to fight peacefully against the illegal actions of the DTI. Tell everyone about BIG International and let them see what is happening, and just maybe together we will be able to expose one of the most corrupt government departments, the DTI.

Now United Kingdom Citizens and all within the 15000000 number range world wide can see what a corrupt government department can do to a nation. What causes the corruption in the first place? You will find that the DTI is the front runner of the financial institutions, used by the British Government to push things through no matter what. Once the dirty act is done they either change the Secretary of State for the DTI (like recently) or sweep their actions under the now very high and bumpy DTI carpet.

Don't let this situation get you down. Use the situation to grow and develop understanding of what is actually happening. Though on the surface it appears that the DTI action is hurting you, look at the good side. You can see at long last just what is happening in relation to your Humanitarian Rights. Now for the first time, and without violence, all British Citizens have the opportunity to do something about it. In the May issue of BIGNEWS we printed a list of all l5000000 number range winners (348 winners at that time). The DTI had obtained a copy of this issue, yet failed to produce it when they applied for their court order. Why? Because this page alone proved that their actions against BIG International were and are totally illegal.

BIG International and many other world wide service organisations are waiting to assist UK Citizens in any way they can, during and after this fight against government corruption. We now intend to print a major issue of BIGNEWS, which will cover the May issue and the developments to date. We have spent too long looking for British law to recognise the illegal actions taken by the DTI in the name of the British Government.

Recently we have received information about a developing United Kingdom political think tank. They are looking for individuals dedicated to the political rights of British Citizens. Currently, they are looking for individuals who would be prepared to stand for local council elections, and MP's for future government.

The structures and thinking behind this political think tank have astonished our legal representatives, due to the accuracy and direction of what appears to be establishment thinking to serve a nation via true and open representation instead of party led doctrine. The whole concept seems so natural and ensures that a nation is actually run via the elected representatives in accordance to the wishes of those providing their support.

One of the most surprising aspects is the think tank's structured use of budget, via exchequer requirements per region, which would remove all direct personal taxation upon earned income generated within the United Kingdom. A system that respects your human right, that your wage should not be touched until you have decided what to do with it.

The financial development's, by the "Think Tank" would certainly place any nation back upon strong foundations for future financial development.

Around the world Player participation has continued to grow. The action taken by the British Government has in fact placed considerable growth burdens upon the administration of BIG International.

Many within other nations have seen the British situation, and decided to join the "Free Lottery" because we were prepared to have the situation shown to all Player's instead of hiding or localising the situation.

Individuals have seen our determination to fight for what is right in both Moral and Society laws. It's as if the Citizens of all nations have decided to come together. We never expected to see such support for British Citizens from around the world.

One of the most amazing aspects of support is from France. Nearly every new application we have received from France, has assigned a percentage of their growth income generated by BIG International, towards the defence budget for British Citizens. It's just amazing.

BIG International have entered negotiations with two European banks, to provide specialised banking services which will eventually mean that all banking will be free to Players of BIG International. The two banks concerned are prime banks and would be prepared to sign account service contracts with BIG International.

BlG International have signed outline agreements with fourteen organisations who wish to provide sponsored prizes. We now have two hundred and thirty two organisations waiting, upon legal investigation, who are prepared to provide sponsored prizes and servies to BIG International Players Globally.

The Player base globally, now stands at over eleven million Player's and increases daily. Naturally, there are many organisations that wish to be seen serving and sponsoring such a large, financially secure Player base.
